Saturday was a full day of taking in the sights of historical Philadelphia as well as the Amish villages to the west. We began with the Liberty Bell and Independence Hall before traveling to Lancaster County.

We were scheduled to sing twice at Kitchen Kettle Village but the rain started so we had an abbreviated appearance! After an early dinner, we headed to the amazing Sight & Sound Theater – “where the Bible comes to life” – to see a new musical, Samson.

It was a great day!

This morning we are headed to Olney Baptist Church to sing at the morning service, followed by an afternoon of mission preparation, walking the neighborhoods and a community block party and concert this evening. Our mission really begins today.
